We have been serving our community and striving to continuously develop and improve our course material since 2013.
We provide the most modern firearms training to all skill levels in a friendly manner with absolute adherence to safety. Our classes are built upon firearm safety, technique, manipulation, mindset and shooting performance for all skill levels from the beginner, through advanced shooters.

Concealed Carry Weapon Certification & Renewal
Paratus Training is on the recommended approved vendors list of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office. While avoidance and evasion remain the best options in any threatening situation, Paratus Training ensures you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to act effectively should the need arise. We train license holders to be Ready, Skilled and Prepared.

CCW Skill Builder Defensive Handgun
This pistol only class will look to put students through multiple shooting standards that train everything from accuracy to movement and manipulations while having an emphasis on covering Concealed Carry Weapon concepts. We will perform numerous shooting drills that will help to push you to higher standards of speed and accuracy. This class is designed for experienced students who can maintain high levels of safe handling through out the day.

Fundamental Carbine/AR-15
This class is intended for newer rifle shooters but serves to improve shooters of all skill levels on the fundamentals of marksmanship and manipulations with a rifle.
Whether you’ve never held a rifle before or you are a regular shooter, come join us for a great day of in-depth instruction and skill-building.

Advanced Alumni Pistol Carbine
Advanced students push themselves to become better shooters. Prior training with us is a prerequisite for this course.
